Cancellation Policies

To respect the time of all clients and therapists, Mind and Matter Massage requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. This also applies to appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

• No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be responsible for the full service charge.

• Late Arrivals: Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, or a full service charge may apply.

• Emergencies & Exceptions: Fees may be waived at the therapist’s discretion in cases of illness, severe weather, or other emergencies.
